TODAY I'VE GOT SOME LOVELY CONTACT LISTS, ACCOUNTS PAGES AND AN ADDRESS BOOK FOR OUR HOME ORGANIZERS.

Address and contact information is really important to have on hand. Generally, when we want a number, we want it NOW, so being able to put your finger on it in seconds (literally), makes life much easier.

These were a little bit tricky to create; standard address books drive me nuts as the lines are so small and I can never remember whether I filed my friend Tanya's address under T for Tanya, or S for Smith - or whether I didn't bother putting it in because I was never going to forget it lol.

I think I've found a solution though, which is...

1. CONTACT PAGES:

A simple Friends & Family List means I can take up as many lines as I need for each contact, without messing up the whole page - like I've said before: no point having an organizer that looks messy.

I also tend to think about friends and family in groups - my family, Dan's family, Mother's Group girls, Dan's colleagues, etc., so I can easily have a separate page for each group.

I have also done up pages for Organizations (think kindagym, footy club contacts etc), Businesses that you call all the time (drycleaners, health nurse, hairdressers etc), and an Emergency list (doctor, nurse on call, local police etc).

2. MEMBERSHIPS & ACCOUNTS:

This was one of the very first Home Organizer pages I did waaaaay back in 2006 or so, and it has been so handy.

Often an organization will give you an account number, membership number and user ID, so this is the place to store all that information so you don't have to hunt around for a random letter they sent you three years ago.

It's especially handy when you're on the phone to someone like Centrelink and need all that information at your fingertips.

Now, I know I don't have to say this, but don't write down your passwords, or, if you do, do it in such a cryptic way that only you can understand it. Nothing I put on my list can give anyone access to our accounts.

So here's what I keep in this list (in no particular order):

- Centrelink numbers
- drivers license numbers
- car registration details
- insurance details
- medicare numbers
- bank/loan/investment numbers
- super fund account and user numbers
- ambulance cover details
- numbers for all our member cards e.g. Flybuys, Qantas Frequent Flyer etc.
- student ID's and numbers when I was studying
- electricity/gas/water/phone/internet etc.

This printable has space for the name of the organization, their phone number, and then a blank spot for all those details.

If you only print off and fill in one of my Home Organizer printables - trust me, make it this one!

3. ADDRESS BOOK

And last but not least, for those who are more organized and have neater handwriting than me, I've done up a classic address book too :)

You can print as many of each letter page as you like (so no more M people filed in the N section because you ran out of room...), and you can even use a craft knife to trim the right page edge for a classic tabbed address book!
